One of the club’s U12 girls groups started last season with just four players and finished with 21. Nikky explains why more girls are discovering rugby, why visibility matters and what the sport can offer beyond the pitch.
We talk confidence, resilience, teamwork, friendships and creating a place where young people can completely be themselves.
